Ritver is committed to developing skills and talents of tradesmen in Uganda. We are open about sharing what is seen as closely guarded application techniques in the world. For us sharing is about growing. Knowledge in one place has no value but expands in wealth when shared. Our philosophy is to share what we know and in return we will also grow both in market share and mind share.
We have already made lots of friends in the Painter Community because we treat them like family. We respect what they do, we understand their challenges and we are there to help them improve and grow.
We are always ready to train those willing to learn and develop because our products require a little bit of skill and experience. If done well, customers will come back to us again and again and they will refer others to Ritver. So it is in our interest to make sure all that want to know about our products are trained as well as possible.
