Who we are RITVER Paints was established in the 60’s in Milan, Italy to meet the needs of the worldwide market for integrated paint solutions. Our heritage is Italian, our reach is global. In the year 2000, Ritver expanded to Jebel Ali, United Arab Emirates and opened an expansive R&D and Manufacturing plant to serve the Middle East and Africa.
Ritver started as a manufacturer of wood treatment products, then entered the decorative, industrial and specialty markets. By now, the market began raising eyebrows at the uniqueness of Ritver's finishing. The secret was in the resins used. Just like the passion of Italian culture of having a fine bottle of wine complementing a great meal, the pioneers of Ritver made only the best for those with discerning tastes in the early days. Seeing that the broader market also wanted these finer things, they took the customized cultural heritage and transferred this passion and philosophy into the mass manufacturing process. That heritage of using the finest ingredients to create the best finishes is alive today in every Ritver operation worldwide. Ritver Paints in Uganda began operations in 2007 and in a very short time has become a leader in the architectural coatings (Texture Paints) field. 8 out of 10 recommend Ritver when it comes to texture or decorative paints.

Quality RITVER has put into operation it’s own resin plant using the most updated chemical reactors, producing tailor made resins which are blended according to our research and development. RITVER manufactures under strict international standards such as: BS, Afnor and AMSTD. RITVER has submitted its most current products to the highest quality standards organs for control and testing, such as DAR, FIRA, ISO, and SASO.
